On Thursday the 9^th November we were accompanied by Miss Walklate and Mr Ron to the Chislett Citrus farm near Swan Hill, the biggest citrus nursery in Australia. students were met by Jonathan who taught them about the possible apprenticeships they offer. Students then visited the warehouse where they were taught about germination and budding. Next they visited the greenhouses where they were showed all the different types of citrus plants, and were taught about how the budding works and the different stages of how different citrus plants grow. The favourite part was meeting their dog Ziggy who followed students on their adventures throughout the citrus farm.
