Parents, grandparents, students of Tyrrell and St Mary’s and members of the local community were welcomed on Friday October 18 to a musical showcase at what has become a mainstay on the Tyrrell College calendar – Talent@Tyrrell. Our performers came from a selection of current music students and the wider school community. It was a great afternoon and all students who performed should be proud of their efforts. The crowd was kept entertained by the many performances, from rock classics and drum and dance performances to a wonderful violin solo. Thanks to all who helped make the day happen, especially music tutor Greg Knight who helped put many of the bands together and provided much of the spectacular light show. Rock on Tyrrell!
