On Wednesday the 11th of October, Tyrrell College welcomed staff, students, the Tyrrell College Ag Committee members and Food Ladder representatives Lucy Payne (Head of Partnerships) and Michelle (Head of Philanthropy) for our inaugural food ladder luncheon. The luncheon was a celebration of all the work the students have done in the garden and the Food Ladder System since May this year. The Year 8 students grew the produce throughout the year to feed us all, and the Year 9 students assisted them in planning, harvesting, preparing, cooking, serving, and enjoying the salads and mint slice with all guests.
